1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
2. Products
OLIRA sells cosmetic and beauty products.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, packaging, colors, and images accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your screen, lighting, skin tone, lip pigmentation, pH, application method, and other individual factors.
Results shown in photographs, videos, testimonials, or advertisements are illustrative and may vary from person to person.
3. Product Use and Safety
Products must be used only as directed.
Please review the ingredient list and usage instructions before use.
Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.
Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected region or checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and shipping costs may be added where applicable and will be shown at checkout where reasonably possible.
5. Orders
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and we send an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
• Suspected fraud;
• Pricing or technical errors;
• Product unavailability;
• Abusive purchasing behavior;
• Incorrect customer information;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
7. Shipping
Shipping conditions, processing times, tracking, customs information, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, hygiene restrictions, defective product claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Promotions
Promotional codes, gifts, bundles, discounts, and limited-time offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
• Promotions cannot be combined;
• Promotional codes have no cash value;
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed;
• Free gifts may need to be returned when the qualifying order is refunded.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the OLIRA name, logos, text, photographs, product images, graphics, designs, videos, advertisements, and page layouts, is owned by or licensed to BMCM LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit this content without prior written authorization.
11. Reviews and User Content
Where you submit a review, image, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
• You own or control the necessary rights;
• The content is truthful and lawful;
• The content does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant BMCM LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting OLIRA, subject to applicable law.
12. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website:
• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• To interfere with its security or operation;
• To introduce malware or harmful code;
• To scrape or extract content without permission;
• To impersonate another person;
• To infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BMCM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or mandatory consumer protections.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BMCM LLC against losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, or content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, this governing-law clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country or state of residence.
18. Disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at oliraboutique1@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using any court, regulator, consumer-protection authority, or dispute-resolution procedure available under mandatory applicable law.

The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
