Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number where available.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Olira ships from France. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Note for UK customers: Since Brexit, all orders from the EU to the UK may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. These are collected by the carrier at delivery.
Note for Australian customers: Orders over AUD 1,000 may be subject to GST and duties assessed by Australian Border Force.
Note for US customers: As of August 2025, the $800 de minimis exemption has been modified. Duties may apply to orders shipped from France. Please check current US import regulations for cosmetics.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at oliraboutique1@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage and packaging
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please first check with neighbors and your local delivery office. If the parcel cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under applicable law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Australian Consumer Law).
Delivery Delays
During periods of high demand (holiday seasons, promotional events) or due to circumstances outside our control (extreme weather, carrier disruptions, customs backlogs), delivery times may be extended beyond the estimates above.
These delays do not affect your consumer guarantee rights — if your order has not arrived within a reasonable extended timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the situation. Sprintlaw
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
