These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on olira-shop.com. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to customers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and all other countries we ship to.

Your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country are not affected by these Terms. Where applicable law provides greater protections than those set out here, the law prevails.


3. Products

Olira sells cosmetic beauty products. We make every effort to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may exist due to screen display differences.

Products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Please read all product instructions and ingredient lists before use. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, consult a healthcare professional before use.


4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping is free of charge to all destinations we serve (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe).

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country's authorities upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.


5. Orders

An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is validated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, or any other legitimate reason. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.


6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We accept major credit and debit cards and all payment methods displayed at checkout.

We do not store your payment card details.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination (see Shipping Policy)
  • Shipping is free to all destinations we serve
  • A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. However, such delays do not affect your statutory rights.


8. Returns & Refunds

Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The following is a summary:

60-day return window
You may return any product within 60 days of receipt, provided it is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund conditions
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Statutory cooling-off rights
Nothing above removes your statutory rights:

  • UK customers: 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • EU customers: 14-day right of withdrawal
  • Australian customers: Rights under Australian Consumer Law — defective products are always eligible for remedy regardless of whether opened
  • US/Canadian customers: Applicable consumer protection rights are preserved

9. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once the seal has been broken. This restriction does not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products, which are always eligible for a full remedy.


10. Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse reactions resulting from failure to read product instructions or ingredient lists
  • Misuse of our products
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs authorities

This limitation does not apply to liability for defective products, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent legislation in Canada and the United States.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on olira-shop.com — including text, images, logos, product visuals, and copy — is the exclusive property of Iliasse Le Gal / Olira and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be sought first.

This does not remove your right to seek redress through the courts or consumer protection authorities in your country of residence, including:

  • UK: Courts of England & Wales / Scotland / Northern Ireland
  • Australia: State and Territory courts; ACCC
  • Canada: Provincial courts and consumer protection tribunals
  • US: State and federal courts; FTC

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
